Delivery, Exchange & Returns Policy
- Scheduled Delivery: Choose a delivery slot that suits you best. This service is priced at a flat rate of $15. But, if your order is above $80, you won't have to pay a dime for delivery.
- We prioritize the quality and safety of your items. Our cold chain is rigorously maintained throughout the delivery process to ensure freshness.
- For utmost hygiene, all items are securely packed inside bags or carton boxes to prevent any contamination.
- On the day of your delivery, we'll send you a notification with an estimated delivery time.
- There's no need for you to sign upon receiving your items. Instead, our drivers will capture a photograph of the delivered goods at your address as a proof of delivery.
- Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes while attempting to contact you.
- If you give us the green light, we can leave your items at your doorstep. However, please note that any cold items left this way are at your own risk.
- Redelivery charges are as follows: $15 for scheduled, and the regular fee for express delivery.
- We'll make a redelivery attempt within 7 days of the initial missed delivery.
- Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries.Β
- We strive to maintain a consistent inventory, but occasionally, items might be missing. In such cases, we'll promptly refund the amount for the missing items. If this adjustment causes your order to fall below the threshold for free shipping, we might ask you to either top up your order or cover the delivery fee.
- We understand that plans change. However, due to our commitment to process and pack your orders swiftly, we can only accommodate cancellations on the same day the order is placed. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team.
