1. Do you cater for special dietary needs?
Yes! You can indicate any special dietary needs or allergies and we will remember not to include any of those items in your grocery delivery.
2. Will you send me the same things every week?
Only if you want us to! Our concierge will reach out to you 2 days before your delivery day, and you can choose for a done-for-you package (where we will tailor the delivery based on your past preferences), or you can choose what you need and we will do our best to fulfill your order accordingly.
3. What if I am traveling and need to pause my subscription?
No problem! You can log in to your personal dashboard and manage your subscription. You will have the option to pause, cancel or reschedule your deliveries.
4. How much groceries does each package contain?
We have tailored our 5 packages for personal sizes all the way to groups of 5. Refer to the images in this page for an idea of how much groceries each bundle consists of. Don't worry, you can always change the size of your package if it does not suit you.
5. What kind of groceries do you offer?
We have over 50 varieties of local & western organic produce, seasonal fresh fruit, and (unique to us) heirloom & organic vegetables from Cameron highlands Malaysia. We also have a selection of pantry staples such as nuts, cereals, dried fruit, and more from our scoop station. On top of that, we will offer specials of the week, including plant milk, vegan cheese, snacks, and many more.
6. What if the groceries are too much or not enough?
Reach out to our concierge and we can adjust the grocery subscription size for you. We can downsize and offer a refund on the balance, or upsize and you can top-up accordingly.
