- In a food processor, process all ingredients until a sticky mixture forms.

This Turmeric latte cake consist of a chocolate oat base, vanilla mousse and turmeric mousse. The combination of these 3 layers is simply amazing - it's literally Chai Latte in a cake!ย Paired with a hot cup of turmeric latte and you've got yourself a perfect tea time treat! Chocolate Oat Base Ingredients
- 40g Nut butter
- 5 Medjool dates
- 50g Oat bran
- 7g Cacao powder
Method
Vanilla Mousse Ingredients
- 200g Sweet potato
- 300g Tofu
- 250g Coconut milk
- 20g Cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp Agar powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Freeze dried raspberries/ fresh fruits
Methods
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour HALF the mixture into a saucepan on medium heat.
- Stir constantly while heating, until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture onto the chocolate oat base and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle freeze dried raspberries or fresh fruits (optional).
Turmeric Mousse Ingredients:
- Remaining vanilla mousse
- 2-3 tsp Vahana turmeric latte blend (Depends on your taste preferences)
Methods
- Blend turmeric with remaining vanilla mousse.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan on medium heat.
- Stir constantly while heating, until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture onto the vanilla mousse and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle freeze dried raspberries or fresh fruits (optional).
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
