Cheesy Fusili with Brocollini

Carbs donโt have to be boring for a vegan ๐ ; shake things up โจ with our yummy fusilli and broccolini recipe! ๐๐
Ingredients:
- 1 small case of Oatly Cooking Cream
- 2 cup of Nutritional Yeast
- Light Soy Sauce
- Garlic and Onion
- 1 bunch of Brocollini
- 300g of Fusili Pastaย
Method:
Pasta (recommended: Fusili)
- ย Prepare pasta according to instructions on the packaging
- ย Leave in cold water to stop the cooking process so that the pasta does not get too soft
Sauce
- In a large saucepan, fry half an onion (minced) with 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and pour in the case of oat cooking cream. Simmer until the cream sauce starts to boil
- Add chopped brocollini to the sauce and 1 cup of nutritional yeast (for cheesiness)
- Add the pasta into the cream and stir-fry the pasta until the pasta mixes with the sauce evenly
- Serve!
